Evan Weiss is the Recruiting Manager for ebit Information Systems. He brings over thirteen years of IT recruiting expertise to the organization. Evan has been with ebit since November of 2005 and has enjoyed watching the company grow from a relative unknown in the marketplace to a top choice for IT professionals in the Louisville area. In 2008, Evan became the first $1 Million performer in the history of ebit Information Systems. Prior to joining ebit, Evan was in a senior sales and sales management role for Robert Half Technology for over seven years.

Evan has his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Michigan State University. He is an avid baseball and football fan. He currently resides in Louisville, KY with his wife, JoAnna, and their two children.

Stacy has over 15 years of recruiting experience. She has recruited in the IT, engineering and healthcare industries as a third party recruiter (recruiting firm), independent consultant and in corporate environments. Prior to coming to Ebit, Stacy was the Talent Resources Manager at Humana and prior to this, she was a senior IT recruiter and account manager for Manpower Professional. Stacy holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW). She also teaches recruiting, among other HR courses, for local and online universities and consults in the areas of HR, career coaching, and program design. Stacy has graduate degrees in HR and Organizational Development and a BA in Psychology from the University of Louisville. Stacy enjoys spending time with her two kids, Hailey and Luke, and her husband, Paul.

Cam graduated from the University of Kentucky (basketball capital of the world), with a degree in Telecommunications. While at UK, Cam received his commission as a 2nd Lt. (leaving as a Captain). He has 10+ years in IT sales with an intimate knowledge of data center, cloud computing, disaster recovery and business communication systems and knows that our customers don’t just want people or products, they want solutions.

Diane is an extremely motivated, innovative, and results driven professional with a background in sales, e-marketing, and recruiting. Diane is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Program. Diane came to ebit Information Systems from an educational recruiting and sales background at Spencerian College as an Admissions Officer where she excelled in relationship management. She has also worked in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Group Sales Manager and eventually as the Director of Catering where she was focused on building new client relationships and event coordinating. She has also spent time in the financial services industry working as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones Investments.

Betsy is a poised and competent business professional who has over 15 years in the customer service and event planning industries, most recently, serving for the last 7 years as event manager for the 5th largest church in the country, Southeast Christian Church. Flexible and versatile, Betsy is able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure. She worked for over 8 years for Baptist Healthcare System in the Information Services department; providing desktop and network support at the smallest of their hospitals, Baptist Northeast. Betsy studied education and nutrition at the University of Maine. She has 2 children, one in college and one in high school. She and her husband, Lee, consider Louisville their home, although both grew up on the east coast.
